NREC Hiring for DARPA Robotics Challenge

The National Robotics Engineering Center (at Carnegie Mellon University) is seeking to fill several Senior Robotics Engineering positions to assist in the DARPA Robotics Challenge (DRC). There is an urgent need to fill openings in the project team who will directly work on the DRC team in the areas of controls, infrastructure, and user interfaces. These positions require advanced formal engineering or computer science education, superior problem solving skills, and independent decision making abilities, all while operating in an extremely demanding, fast-paced team setting. These are full time positions, and the ability to deliver relevant technologies to additional R&D activities at NREC will play a large role in future activities beyond DRC participation.
